Discover Tai Ch'i with Laurent Prost, sports educator, during a 1h30 discovery session.

Originally, Tai Ch'i was primarily an art of self-defence. Literally translated as boxing (Ch'ûan) of the Supreme (Tai) Polarity (Ch'i). Tai Ch'i Ch'ûan is much more than a sophisticated, non-violent martial art of self-defence whose principles are in perfect harmony with natural laws. It can be practised as a gentle form of gymnastics that is particularly beneficial to physical and mental health. It can also be seen as a form of dynamic meditation (using slow movements).
